Delivery Information

IWI launches the tenant holiday gift program during the summer to give clients plenty of time to assess their needs for the holidays and place orders. It’s also one less thing to worry about at year-end! Orders ship the last week in November to arrive the first week in December. This allows 2-3 weeks for property managers to deliver the gifts to their tenants.

Since we use a variety of vendors for the program, gifts may arrive at different times during the week of delivery. We ask that managers immediately open the shipping boxes to ensure all gifts are received and that no damages occurred in transit.
